Tee Time Policy

The Pro Shop undertakes a daily review of the Tee Sheet for the following day (24 hours ahead) to ensure all booked tee times have a name assigned.
The review begins at the start of the shift and by 12 noon at the latest, all unnamed Guests are removed, and times are made available to others who may wish to access them.
To avoid losing a booked tee time, Members must identify their playing partners at the point when a tee time is reserved. If there is uncertainty, it can be done afterwards, but names must be entered prior to the 24-hour interval before a tee time booking.
Example: For a Friday tee time booking, all players must be identified by Wednesday evening, as any unnamed players will be removed beginning on Thursday morning.
Note: Members of the public must provide all names of playing partners at the point when a tee time is reserved.
The goal of this policy is to ensure our club functions in a fair and transparent manner, allowing as many golfing opportunities as possible for our members and visitors alike.
